IMPORTANT NOTES TO PARENTS/GUARDIANS
The school wishes to inform the parents that since every school is basically a democratic institution and observes no proto color preferential treatment, you may visit the school at appointed times as parents. We wish to get your willing co-operation in this regard.
- Parents are requested to bear in mind that the school attaches great importance to building a sound character in its pupils. Therefore, the parents are expected to co-operate with the school authorities by making their children understand that a well ordered and disciplined way of life is as important at home as it is in school, by seeing that they prepare their lessons and by taking an active interest in the activities of the school.
- The school diary is arecord of reference. The teachers may make occasional requests in this diary and parents are requested to sign the mas proof of having read them.
- All the pupil must bring their diaries to the school everyday, and all parents should check and sign these diaries regularly, to keep in touch with what is being taught and what homework is being assigned to the pupils.
- Parents should attend open days and collect Progress Reports, sign them and return them to the class teacher without fail. The school will not be responsible for parent's failure to see their child's report card or to monitor the child's progress. In case the Parent fails to meet the teacher in this regard he/she will not be allowed to attend the class.
- When communicating with the Principal, parents are requested to mention in their letter the class and section of their wards. Parents should not forget to give their specimen signature which may be referred to, if necessary.
- Parents are welcome to visit the school. However, parents are not allowed to interview teachers, enter the classroom or meet their child/children or to take them home during the school hours, without the sanction of the Principal/Vice Principal.
- The Education Society of the Brothers of St.Patrick, Society no.5, Dindigul reserves the right to closed own or dispose of, in whole or in part, any of the institutions or activities, whether educational or charitable, as the Governing Body may deem fit. No claim can be made on the Society for such action.
- With regards to any disputes only courts and tribunals having jurisdiction over Dindigul and not any other place, shall have jurisdiction for the purpose of filing a suit.
- St.Patrick Academy is run by the Society of the Brothers of St. Patrick, India through its Governing Body and all decisions of the Governing Body regarding the management /running of the school is final.
- Those students who come by Private Vehicles,(Bus, Omni, two wheelers)should reach the school in time. The School is not responsible for any accidents or loss of life incurred by the private vehicle.
